. Only one patient had DLCO < 80%. Values for forced vital capacity (FVC), forced
expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), FEV1/FVC ratio, total lung capacity (TLC),
residual volume (RV), maximal inspiratory pressure (PImax), and maximal expiratory
               pressure (PEmax) were below the normal range in 5 (13.8%), 4 (11.1%), 5 (13.8%), 7
               (19.4%), 10 (27.6%), 7 (19.4%), and 5 (13.8%) patients. Restrictive ventilatory disorder
               (TLC<80%), 7 (19.4%) patients. PImax (35±5 mmhg vs 75±6, 0.002) and male sex (100%
vs 45%, 0.045) were identified as risk factors of TLC<80%. A significant correlations
were found between 6MWD and total SPPB score (r=0.597, p=0.004) and between
               6MWD and Pimax (r=0.691,p=0.009)

CONCLUSION: This study revealed that significant proportion of post-COVID ICU
survivors at one year post ICU discharge, had reduced physical performance and
residual restrictive ventilatory impairment, likely attributable to diaphragmatic
muscle dysfunction due to IMV. These findings highlight the need of implementing
targeted interventions and rehabilitation strategies to optimize long-term
               outcomes in this population.
